4.1 Delivery services are available exclusively for residents of Wasekpur.
4.2 We strive to deliver orders within the estimated time; however, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. NagadSheba is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
5.1 Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5.2 Refunds will be processed after we verify the issue and receive the returned product, if applicable.
5.3 NagadSheba reserves the right to deny refunds if the claim is not supported with sufficient evidence or if the product has been used or tampered with.
6.1 Individuals living outside Bangladesh can place orders for delivery to Wasekpur residents.
6.2 Payments for international orders must be made online. Cash-on-delivery is not applicable for international customers.
6.3 Currency exchange rates may apply for international payments.
